Ⅰ. Product features:

Compared with the traditional manual plastering, plastering and plastering machines, the quick putty mortar spraying machine has the following advantages

Ⅱ. Operation rules

1. Turn on the power, press the button, the screw pump will start to work, if there is reverse steering, stop the button immediately. Adjust the power supply and reverse switch, change the direction, if the opposite direction, no discharge.

2. Inject a small amount of water into the inlet of the delivery hose, or use the screw pump to wet the delivery hose, and then gradually discharge the water in the pipe from the outlet. The drainage should be clean, and no residual water should be left in the pipe.

3. Tie up the air pipe and mortar pipe side by side, and connect the air pipe to the spray gun.

4. Put the evenly mixed material into the hopper (can be used with the powder opener)

5. Press the start button to start the spraying work, and adjust the air volume to achieve the best spraying quality

6. Adjustable speed screw pump, its output flow is 1-8 L / min, in the work, as long as the reflux adjustment is suitable for the construction requirements of the output speed

7. Mixing materials must be continuously added into the hopper to ensure the continuity of spraying work. When the spraying work needs to be suspended, press the stop button to make the operation more convenient. The following methods can be used for remote control: turn the middle knob of the electric box to the left, which is a manual control switch

8. Before spraying, after spraying the remaining materials in the hopper, turn off the air pump and stop the machine

9. Remove the spray gun and disassemble some parts for cleaning

10. Fill the hopper with clean water and press the button to start the pump for water cleaning. When the clear water flows out of the pipe orifice, press the button to stop the pump, unload the conveying hose and roll it up

Ⅲ. Usage

1. Simple. Before puttying, we can use a blender to mix the putty. This kind of putty is uniform and cohesive, which is much better than manual mixing

2. Spraying fast, if the use of putty spraying machine, a wall only takes a few minutes to finish spraying, if the progress of manual operation will be much slower

3. Spray evenly. When using the putty spraying machine, because the air pressure and nozzle are used when spraying, the thickness of all spraying can be well controlled, and there will be no unevenness, which is better than manual work.

4. Save materials. The use of putty spraying machine can control the spraying speed and thickness of the spraying machine, saving materials compared with manual operation

Ⅳ.Common fault treatment of four putty spraying machine

  • During working, the machine stops automatically suddenly. The possible reason is that

A: If the power supply will not be restored in a short time, the power supply must be
cut off and the conveying hose, pump core and all parts of accessories must be removed for cleaning. When dismantling the conveying pipe, the dismantling place must be covered with packaging bags or other articles to prevent the sudden release of pressure in the pipe and the danger of mortar injection at the moment of dismantling.

B: If the motor is overloaded, check whether the fuse is burnt out.

2. If the slurry is too dry or has not been cleaned for a long time, it may lead to blocking failure, and blocking failure is also one of the reasons for overload. In this case, the blocking part must be dredged, the power supply must be cut off first, and the spray gun or conveying hose cannot be dismantled immediately, otherwise the pressure in the pipe will be released from the dismantling place, and the mortar will explode.

3. The machine runs normally, but the discharge is slow or no slurry is produced. The possible reasons are as follows:

A: The pump core has been used for a long time. How to judge whether the pump core can be connected with a pressure gauge between the pump core outlet and the delivery hose? If the pressure gauge shows that the pressure is very low or no pressure, it can be judged that the pump core needs to be replaced.
