Ⅲ、Precautions before startup (read carefully before startup)

1.Equipment unloading and installation

1.1 when getting off the machine, please use hoisting or shovel transportation. Other places cannot be hoisted. During shovel transportation, the two shovel forks should be separated as far as possible to avoid damage to the machine or accidents.

1.2 place the machine indoors, remove the running wheel, install it smoothly, and keep the workbench level.

1.3. Erection of material rack: the height of the material rack shall be the same as that of the feeding

drum of the machine. The material rack shall not be higher than the feeding drum and shall not be lower than the feeding drum by 8mm (two material racks can be erected at both ends of the machine or only at the end according to the actual situation). Please note that the operation button shall not be blocked when installing the material rack.

2. Preparation before use

2.1 before startup, fill sufficient lubricating oil according to the model, fill 10# engine oil into the small oil cup, and apply an appropriate amount of 0# grease on the double shaft gear. To ensure that all parts of the machine are fully lubricated and operate normally.

2.2. Turn on the power supply and press the left and right rotation jog buttons of the machine to idle, and check whether the machine operates normally

2.3 check the fastening of bolts at all parts, whether the electrical equipment is intact, whether the

electrical lines are correctly connected and safely grounded, and whether leakage protection devices are installed.

2.4 no load for 15 minutes before each startup. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine forinspection in time.

2.5 in order to ensure the service life of the bending machine, it is strictly prohibited to put too much

reinforcement during bending.

2.6 if any problem is found during the operation of the machine, immediately cut off the main power

supply for inspection and repair; It is forbidden to carry out any repair and correction work during mechanical operation.

2.7 the mechanical protective door must be closed before the machine can run. It is strictly prohibited to open the protective door during operation.

3. Safety tips

3.1 the manual contains safety tips and warning instructions to prevent incorrect operation and use and avoid casualties and equipment damage.

3.2 the machine can only be started up after mastering how to operate correctly. The factory will not be responsible for the damage of equipment and parts or casualties caused by personal improper operation.

4. Safe operation

4.1 personnel who use the equipment safely must have skilled operation skills or be trained. Improper

operation of the equipment or untrained personnel will cause danger. Before operation, read the manual, be proficient in it, and be able to use it properly. For the control part, inexperienced operators shall receive the guidance of skilled personnel in advance

4.2 it is forbidden to bend the reinforcement beyond the processing scope of the equipment.

4.3 personnel without formal training are not allowed to use.

4.4 it is forbidden to use the machine without lubricating oil before startup.

4.5 there is no 10# oil in the small oil cup on the panel. It is strictly prohibited to use the machine

4.6 it is forbidden to use the machine without leakage protection device.

4.7 it is forbidden to use the machine without closing the bending electromechanical control door

4.8 when stopping work or maintaining the machine, ensure that the power plug is disconnected.
