Core Structural Components: Built for Performance
Key Mechanical Parts
Hoppers: To accommodate larger loads, the hoppers are manufactured from thick wear-resistant steel plates, custom-made with increased thickness to withstand the high physical abuse experienced from the feeding of bulk materials which shortens the loading process and increases the durability of the Hopper and Dozer.
Mixing Drum: Double-Conical Design for Vertical Models; and for the Tank Truck Model use the mixed rotation (mixing is performed by an up/down motion, while the Discharge Rotation is performed in the opposite direction) to achieve equalized mixing, followed by the Site Discharge of the barge loading haulers.
Mobility Parts: Crawler Models use Rubber Tracks to provide Traction and Terrain Flexibility; Pump Models use Off-road Tires to provide for Easy Transport; Vertical Models use Large Travel Wheels for Easy Hauling.
Control & Operation Systems
Control Modes: All Bucket and Drum Control Functions can be controlled via Hydraulic Levers for accurate positioning of the Bucket and Drum; there is Remote Operation capability where applicable for Pump Models.
Operator Comfort: Enclosed Cabs on the Tank Truck Models come equipped with Sound-absorbent Materials, require Security Devices, and provide an Adjustable Anatomically-designed Seat with Flexible Suspension features that allow the operator to work comfortably and with minimum fatigue on long shifts.
Durability Enhancements
Reinforced vertical beams for structural stability; cast iron gear rings for low-noise, smooth engagement.
Integral spraying finish that resists corrosion and high temperatures, ensuring long service life even in harsh working conditions.
