About Compatible Materials

The UR-M9 Gypsum Spray Machine can be used without any modifications with almost all types of ready-mixed dry mortars and many types of self-levelling mortars, plaster mortars, cement mortars, polymer-based mortars, thermal insulation materials and fireproof mortars, as well as undercoat putty applied to the surfaces. It is engineered so that it can pass a maximum of 3 mm diameter (maximum 6 mm) particles through the spray nozzle without clogging, which means that users will not have to spend time processing materials extensively on-site.

About Applicable Project Scales & Scenes

The most suitable application for the applications above would be for large residential, commercial and industrial structures. It is the ideal machine for large amounts of Anticorrosion Treatment, waterproofing and Plaster Application to walls, able to convey a maximum of 30m horizontally and 20m vertically without the need of manually moving materials through complex construction sites.

About Operation & Daily Use

A control electlical box is built into each machine which removes any need for user training. The cabinets are fitted with wheels that allow for quick relocation to varying locations on-site. If users experience minor problems such as a startup failure, they can check the power supply at 380V (using the guidance provided) to quickly identify and remedy the majority of issues quickly.
