Product Overview

The concrete mixer plant provides two basic plant types: Fixed Concrete Mixing Plant and Mobile Drum Mixing Plant, designed to meet a variety of construction needs. Both types are manufactured according to ISO9001 and CE, providing commercial production reliability and practicality as well as on-site operational flexibility.

Core Component Configuration

  • Mixing System: Fixed Plants use twin shaft forced stirring technology to create a more complete mix than a mobile drum type mixer using reinforced thickened drums with multiple blades produces a well-mixed material but less complete than a forced mix.
  • Batching & Weighing: The batching machines have multiple bins and weigh containers (cement, water, additives), allowing for accurate and precise proportioning of raw materials.
  • Conveying & Control: High speed, impact-resistant belt conveyors; Automatic Control System using PLC (lightning protection), provide easy operation, and reduce operator error by automatically stopping the operation and providing an emergency stop switch if a problem arises.
  • Structural Design: Fixed Plants provide the ability to change the height of the discharge to meet specific requirements, Mobile Plants utilize I-beam chassis and self-propelled designs to avoid slippage in challenging ground conditions.

Application Scope

Ideal for Placing Concrete for: Road Construction, Mining Areas, Infrastructure Development, Factory Construction, and Underground Structures. Mobile Drum Mixers are best suited for Small Scale Concrete Production, high-rise and large-scale construction projects, as well as for outdoor construction in challenging terrain. Mobile Plants also have the capability of working with "Pebbles," an aggregate.
