Application Scenarios: Where It Excels
Municipal Road Projects: Our equipment can be used for cutting expansion joints, repairing potholes, and modifying asphalt or concrete roads at municipal facilities. In addition, it is designed to work in narrow urban roadways and high-frequency usage.
Construction Sites: Our machine is the perfect tool for cutting pavement for the foundation of commercial buildings and infrastructure such as parking lots. It can cut through thick concrete slabs and provide stable performance.
Emergency & Special Needs: If you have an icy industrial yard, airport runway, or outside parking lot in a cold climate, use our equipment for ice removal. It can also be used for small renovation projects, such as improving roads in residential communities.
Infrastructure Maintenance: Our machine is designed for cutting pavement for all types of infrastructure maintenance (highways, bridges, tunnels). It ensures clean, accurate cuts that meet all infrastructure maintenance standards, without damaging adjacent structures.
Operational Process & User-Friendly Design
Pre-Operating Preparation: Before operating the machine, please check the water tank capacity and make sure the saw blades are tight. You can select your power mode from one of three options (electric, gasoline, and diesel) depending on the conditions at the site. Adjust the cutting depth and handle height to accommodate the operator's comfort by using the crank.
During Operation: Start machine, rely on thicker guide wheels for straight travel. A water tank that does not rust cools the blade during use. The throttle is easy to control to adjust speed.
Post-Operation Maintenance: Clean saw blade and clean residue from tank. Store saw blade and tank in a dry area so it will not rust. If you need to replace the blades, the front hinge design allows easy access to do this. No complicated tooling is needed.
Transport Convenience: The compact overall size of the machines (120×60×95cm - 170×60×110cm) and manageable weight (106kg - 250kg) makes it easy to load/unload and transport between job sites.
